Gymfinity Kids - Milton Keynes

My son has been taking classes at Gymfinity for a few months now, he really enjoyed Ninja Knights. He loves to move, jump, climb etc so it was a perfect fit for him.
Tony, his teacher is AMAZING. He is passionate, he is caring, he has the patience of a saint. We now started doing 1:1 classes with him.
He understands my boy, he adapts the classes for his needs, he is truly awesome and we feel so lucky to have him as my son’s coach.
I really recommend Gymfinity, but more specifically Tony. We had a very unmotivated coach before (thankfully he has left) and having an awesome coach plus the amazing equipment they have at Gymfinity is amazing and all I could have asked for. My boy is thriving!! 1000 stars!

My 7yo has been going to ninja knights for about a year, at first we all loved it and he learnt loads. His coach left with no communication and then the coach he was supposed to have left with again no communication, he then had a coach who taught them how to play with hula hoops not learn actual skills. From there on out everything has gone downhill, we complained and things seemed to get better but after about 3-4 weeks we have noticed that it has gone back to being inconsistent, no structure, no enthusiasm and he’s back to not learning anything again. It’s not as it’s advertised and honestly a waste of money!

I would give less than 1 star if is possible

Toke my son for a trial, no one welcome him, no one give attention at all, don’t waste your time with them. Looks like they don’t want new kids around and they are OK with the currently ones.

My 4 yo get frustrated, manager don’t even bother to come when I complained!

Checking the reviews over here, looks like I’m not the only one that gets frustrated with this careless customer service and management process!

It is a great place for kids we joined 4-5y ninjas few months back. We had few different coaches but the coach Dharam Sandhu is incredible. He does manage group really well and has great attention to details while supporting/coaching each child individually. If you looking to join Milton Keynes I would highly recommend join Dharams group .

My boys have been coming for a year or two now and I cannot fault the staff at all for their care, attention and approach with the children especially those with additional needs. Anna is extremely support with encouraging and reassuring my youngest son and Freddie and Callum are also fantastic with my boys--- they love them too bits!

My daughter has been 4 times now. Excellent facilities however the team often do not know how to engage with the younger ones which means not much happens that she couldn't do at a soft play place and today they have stopped very early. With a 10 minute warm up leaving 50 minutes for the session, they have stopped at 11.37 which means they only had a 30 minute session. Is this worth the money? Not so sure.

Great gymnastics classes but don’t join if you have a car; there are nowhere near enough spaces for the amount of customers at the gym / gymnastics (despite there being an empty unused car park immediately next to it) and you’ll get stung with car parking penalties for parking in unmarked bays or the adjacent car park ?

My 3 year old son had been attending gynnastic sessions here for a few months now and he absolutely loves it! He adores his coach, Molly - she's so lovely and has really helped him to grow in confidence. The first half of the session is structured, based around a theme, with the last 30 minutes being free-play time. I'm so glad that I have the free trial a go!
