Really good gym, high quality of equipment, not too busy. Great option foe 4 day pass. If someone is looking for a bit more personalised experience and some additional value added features like the infrared sauna I think this would be amazing choice. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Cleanliness on the great level.

I'm a member, mostly because the gyms nearby are too full. Student discount is decent and it's the sauna that won me over. You do need to start up the sauna about 15 mins before but if you do it mid workout that's usually ideal. Good assortment of equipment, and usually available without having to wait. If I had a criticism, its the shower/taps take a while to heat up. Also please fix broken equipment quicker. But overall, very helpful staff and friendly gym!

I recently joined this gym after Coach Gym suddenly closed down and i was going to try out either JD Gym or Bannatynes but a friend told me to try the 4 day pass for £10...turns out it was the best advice of the year so far. Easily one of the best gyms I've been to. Two floors of equipment, studios and a sauna and excellent equipment... I've been a member a couple of wks now and the staff are friendly n helpful and the clientele are the same. No bad attitudes in there or feeling awkward being the new guy. The equipment is next level as are the facilities, there is that much equipmentto try u can always find another machine or similar even when busy...try the 4 day pass for £10 and thank me later!!!

Top equipment, knowledgeable staff, limited members in at a time, plenty of power racks. Spacious, clean and good members who take training seriously.

Cant recommend enough, my home away from home.

Went today in a day pass as I was in the area. Definitely a great gym with everything you need. Never got too busy and the staff were very friendly. More importantly the place was clean including the shower and changing rooms. Seeing the staff doing interim cleans of all the equipment was great. Highly recommended! - UPDATE - Still go every time I'm in Leeds and I have time to kill and still recommend the place for a quick pump!

I went to this gym when I visited Leeds for a couple of days and I have to say that I loved it! Utterly loved it! Machines are great, the gym is spacious and super bright. The changing room and showers were clean and modern looking. I fell in love with that gym. 100% recommended!

Great facilities, however rude arrogant staff ruined the experience at the Kirkstall site.

Me and a friend signed up on a 2 week trial and left feeling impressed after the first session. However the ‘gentleman’ behind the desk unfortunately has an inflated ego with a huge chip on his shoulder. The ‘ginger geordie gentleman’ with a mullet clearly working his first job since finishing university stalks the gym like a lunatic with a power trip, barking commands to put weights back. The first time the weights were not returned, fair enough.. however on our return before we even made it through the entrance I saw him stop his exercise and run to the desk to give us another telling off/warning.

Now, for me, on the cusp of purchasing a full years membership upfront I really do not appreciate a telling off on a Sunday morning before I’ve even been buzzed into the establishment.

My advice to the young man with zero people skills and massively misplaced self importance is to buy some longer shorts and perhaps go back to university but this time enrol onto a customer service course and learn the basics on how to speak to clients. Especially clients who are on a trial looking to you to showcase what the gym has to offer and potentially sign up to a years membership.

Me and my friend will not be signing up, as a 31 year old man I don’t expect to be spoken to and treated like a 14 year old child on a school trip.
