Attended a First Aid at Work course today, the course content and demonstrations were excellent and also the equipment to practise with. The course was delivered excellently and at a nice pace, making it easy to take in .

Ashley was very receptive, engaged and patient. Knowledgable and interacted well to ensure everyone understood what was being taught and shown during the training day. I’m a very laid back humorous character, yet he still stayed professional and informative and could recognise and read the room well. Training days are often dull, but I enjoyed the delivery of his training and found his experience and knowledge refreshing.
A few details that could be tailored within the training/slides that would benefit each individual companies needs, however I recognise the course is aimed at general first aid, so definitely wouldn’t mark down my score on the course!
Great job Ashley! Delivered life saving medical information within a day! Just wish everyone had this basic knowledge on how to save lives and how to behave and react in a life threatening situation!

Excellent courses and tutors with a great depth of knowledge and combination of the lecturers personality made it a fun course, especially on a hot Sunday. Especially the information he gave us in particular areas. If he is still delivering the course when I need revalidation, I would gladly go back to his course, thoroughly enjoyed it, engaging and I learnt a lot as well as cleared up anything I was vague on.
