The store has lost or a member of staff has stolen the Limited Edition Star Wars key ring I ordered. I can now never get this without paying a premium elsewhere. Awful customer service from the main helpline too being cut off twice and just repeating they can’t do anything else except refund. Horrible experience and refusing to bother investigating.

Pick up online orders here without hassle.
Had to return a laptop last week but I had no problems doing this. The lady who was serving me asked me what she needed to, listened and gave me a refund. This is key to my review because from what I've heard not everyone makes return processes straightforward especially when it comes to tech equipment.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service from Ann (MANAGER!) at the Glen Road store in Oadby Leicester. Never met a manager who is so rude, ignorant, unhelpful and disgusting manners. Disgraceful service and shocked to find a manager who provides such disgusting customer service to their customers! Have had to make a
Complaint regarding the ridiculous service received. Never seen such a rude person! It is clear this store requires better management after reading previous reviews made about this store. If management provides such disgusting service then its obvious there isnt exactly a good example being set for the rest of the employees! Not fit to be an employee let alone a manager!

Awful customer service telling customers lies when returning products and making customers wait exceptionally long periods of time before being allowed to take their purchased goods from the store. Would highly recommend going elsewhere as some of the staff are highly incompetent and should have their skills assessed, judging whether they should be working there, which after my experience of their shocking customer service would be to say they should not.

Customer service is few and far between. Aaron rushed me and offered a cold customer exchange when no one was waiting. Hans wasn't much better. Had to repeat my order number three times then spoke informally to me. They need to hire welcoming staff.

Avoid if you can.
I have placed an online order to collect it from here. I waited for the arrival text for 8 days and nothing happened. I tried to call their number numerous times but no answer. I called customer service to call them, to find out that half of the order was out of stock.
