Staff wasn't the friendliest and spent a lot of time chatting. They wipe the tables over when some one leaves but the chairs are so dirty, they look like they've never been cleaned. The food is very over priced.

I currently have a membership here for my youngest child that is priced at £18 a month. This is great value for money if you are a regular customer here as a normal session is around £7.

The centre have friendly staff that always welcome you with a smile. The centre is always kept clean and the staff always check on the children to ensure that the children are kept safe.

If you have a membership then you can also receive a discount on the food that they provide.

It's amazing place to play, convenient due to loads of parking spaces and all the other shops around. The staff is always welcoming us and the manager is very kind and caring and always happy and smiley with everyone setting an example for everyone. The store is clean in the table areas and the toilets decent.

Had my daughter’s 4th Birthday party today. With 25 children I was slightly nervous of how this would be set out due to the previous reviews However it was perfect . Really helped that the staff took the cake away to cut took the stress away. I always want to say thank you to the host who made sure the sweets that were given met our dietary requirements ❤️

I conducted my kids birthday party here last Sunday and wished I had not chosen this place for a party. Food was bad, the pizzas were a slice of bread with some cheese on it..drinks were pathetic. The rules never mentioned anything about the cake, we were asked to get a cake of our own as the centre doesn't provide any. After we got the best cake for our little one, we were not allowed to cut the cake. The event coordinator took away the cake as soon as the candles were blown and all kids waited to get the cake, they cut the cake into pieces and wrapped in cheap paper napkins for take away. This is the worst experience that any parent can have after spending so much and trusting the place. I would sincerely recommend the management to remove the party options from their services as they are not capable of conducting one. 14 pound per kid is a mere waste of money.
Play area was the only better part of everything where kids could play for a bit. Very disappointed by the service. Apologies about the negative feedbakc but it is important to give a honest feedback to viewers.

My daughter's May 4th birthday party, attended by thirteen of her friends, featured a princess theme for which appropriate arrangements were made. While the event was generally successful, the promised children's buffet—chips, pizza, and chicken nuggets—proved inadequate (kids were 3 to 4 years old. Several children remained hungry and requested additional chips, a request the venue refused due to kitchen closure at 5 PM. This created an unacceptable situation, as the promised service was not delivered despite payment. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar.

The place isn’t so bad in itself it’s crowded and rowdy but that’s to be expected from a soft play, what’s not to be expected is the smaller children’s area over run with bigger kids causing a riot when it’s there specifically for the younger ones to play safely. Granted parents should be watching their children which they’re not but staff should also be taking notice of this. I probably won’t return as it’s a waste of money when the small area is taken over and littler ones can’t play without getting knocked around.

So. I don't like the policy, for example my mom is fat and she got stuck on the toys and me who's 15 is not allowed to go to take care if my little sister.

Another thing we came with drinks ( fruit shoot ) and they said that we're not allowed and there food / drinks are expensive that is one of there tricks so that they take ur money .
