My son had a problem with his PC, it was great to find somewhere local to take it to be fixed. I was very impressed with the service from Saeed, he talked us through step by step what he would do. I was very surprised how quickly he repaired it and was impressed that he showed me what he had done and shared tips to look after the PC. Very professional company and great customer service. I would highly recommend using their services.

I had an issue with my PC’s overheating CPU, and I was fortunate to find this company. The gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening with my PC. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable with the entire process. He also gave me several options for the parts I needed to fix the issue, allowing me to choose the best solution for my needs and supporting me with advice with his knowledge. He also supported me in fitting more RAM that I had already owned into the pc when I explained I had it laying around and couldn't get it to work. Throughout the process, he kept me updated, and I truly appreciated the level of care and expertise. The service was very quick also. I took my laptop here for a broken hinge, despite being a technician myself, because I know how tricky modern laptops can be. They were upfront about the potential risks when disassembling and costs with with the repair.
I decided to proceed and paid the diagnostic fee. They had a look at it and clearly explained the damage and checked again whether I wanted to go ahead. Luckily, the damage wasn’t as bad as expected so I went through with it. The repair took 11 days due to a long lead time for parts, but I was kept informed throughout. The work was professional, and Saeed and his brother were polite, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Frontline and will use them again!
