I feel blessed to have learnt TM with Frances Knight. Frances has decades of experience of this meditation technique and it really shows in her approach. She is very generous in giving her time for any ongoing issues that may be experienced after the initial course. She is a truly dedicated teacher. Learning TM has been the most rewarding decision I think I’ve ever made. I had tried many other forms of meditation in the past but not stuck with any particular one. I started to read up about TM and attended an introductory talk with Frances in the summer of 2017 and was immediately drawn to her warmth and wisdom...and her lifetime of meditating! The course was like someone had switched the sunshine on in my brain and I took to it immediately. Reducing stress & anxiety, helping me sleep better and over all feeling calmer, brighter & happier. Although I have had periods where my practice has not been as regular as I would have hoped, I have always returned back to it. TM has seen me through some really difficult periods of my life recently and is now firmly part of my everyday routine. Frances is a very good teacher, generous with her time and expertise and always on hand with any problems that may arise with your practice. I would 100% recommend it...the cost is minimal in relation to a lifetime of good mental health and well-being.
