HGV Advice.

My first time here, I found everyone to be helpful, even though it was only 7am and there were more trucks on site than you could shake a stick at!

Make sure you have full PPE!!!

Park up just inside the main gate (there is a sign where to stop if your the 1st in the queue) take your ref no to the office, the very pleasant lady will tell you which section of the yard you need to go to (she shows you on a map) and gives you a loading sheet. If its busy you may need to park up and wait until a FLT driver comes to get you.

Once directed....

Park up where indicated, give the loading sheet to FLT driver, he loads you, strap your load as they put it on, (keep straps in line with the pallet bearers to avoid snapping the products) & common sense to keep away from the FLT, you can do your curtains up where your loaded too.

Drive back to the 1st office, collect paperwork and leave. The lane is tight so be cautious about meeting another truck.
