What a brilliant service from both Steve & Pat. I went to this garage as i had terrible trouble with the one i had been using. Pat the mechanic did a fantastic job explaining everything and even fixing the problem the last garage did last Saturday and didn’t put something back correctly leaving it hanging and it could of cause a accident, I like many of you have read the review, there not good at all. Pat the mechanic not been there that long. He said that he treats every car like there is daughters with the upmost care and checked in with me and explained everything. I will now be using them going forward. Thank you Pat for sorting my car out promptly, and showing how much you care, thank you Steve for your excellent customer service.

Well kept, clean & modern. Best prices are to book online.
First full service, & another MOT. Only used Formula One for tyres previously. Disappointed as car has only done 35k and needed front discs & pads plus one tyre best price they could give was £420! But as an MOT failure was not fit for the road so couldn't drive away without getting work done immediately.
Staff polite, knowledgeable and turned vehicle around quickly.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Two tyres simple job so you would think. They said they would order in tyres apparently didn't show up. Waited 4 days didbt turn up apparenly so i then ordered online and miraculous 48 hours after they were at the garage.
So if I could order it online and get it in that quickly why couldn't they. Answer is probably because they didn't order it as they couldn't be bothered.
Took it down they finally did it after waiting near on 1 hour 30 mins for the tyre fitter to snap my sensor valve.
3 weeks to get the tyres done. They said they would order it from main dealer but they clearly didn't as I called customer service. Regional manager called me back and he fixed my car with the new valves they are doing as he was training them up that day on using the new tool
Nearly 3 weeks to get two tyres sorted.
Bad communication not calling or updating just a measly I had your number and invoice there and binned it only once i walked in and said regional manager fixing my car. Convinently that day all staff members were on the workshop floor working. .Sat in waiting area listening to the staff members moan about others swearing.
Then when told about my valve Steve was very rude about it and told he broke it he can f ing pay for it. The staff are miserable and grumpy and is clearly obvious they don't want to be there
The customer service is shocking and i will never take my car there again and when anyone asks me the first thing I say is dont use formula one andover branch.

Terrible. Booked through Black Circles - they cancelled twice without telling us and then the third time of actually attending the confirmed booking, they said they couldn’t do it, then said they could, then said they can’t find the tyres! Absolute joke, do not use these charlatans.

I was in a tight pinch during a visit with family over the holidays having popped a tyre and the guys at Formula 1 in Andover bent over backwards to help me. Great service would highly recommend.

Unprofessional and incompetent.
Having used the services of this establishment a few times in the past, I’ve had a multitude of issues including but not limited to wheel nuts being left finger tight, wheel alignment not being carried out when paid to do so, they have also on numerous occasions damaged my wheels when fitting tyres. I’ve also had issues with MOT tests to which VOSA are investigating. It’s clear some further training is needed for the staff at Andover as I’ve had positive experiences in other centres.

Got both wheels changed and extremely happy with the price, speed and service. Lovely air con waiting area with toilet. Would recommend!

I was slightly sceptical after reading some of the reviews on here but I have to say I would return to formula one any day!

My car was booked in for a service and mot and unfortunately failed. The team knew my stress as I was supposed to be going on holiday. The team got my car fixed and back on the road the same day.

I’m thrilled and so thankful to them for being able to get everything sorted so quickly and for being so helpful and kind.

Would recommended them to anyone!
