Tldr- just don't go. Unsafe and gross. Had to use male toilets with my five year old.

The actual bounce area is great and the kids enjoyed it. I spent the whole time ABSOLUTELY aware it's so unsafe. Badly designed, you can't see them bounce without walking around and peering through the sides. So that's fair enough.. but the entrance has no gate like soft plays and a high up desk with people milling about, I'm sure no one would question a kid walking or running by! It was connected by X2 open double doors to a whole bar area with seats?!

The far side of the bounce area has an exit you can not see at all that opens next to open double doors to a bar area with a small roller rink. My kid sometimes runs off, her brother was under instructions to watch her but we were on edge. Somewhere designed for little kids with absolutely no thought for the safety of kids entering and leaving was a shock.

Other general issues below but I'm only posting because we were so concerned we will not go back even if the kids beg is to which is a real shame.

Hardly any staff present and absolutely no checking that anyone knew the rules or watched the safety video. No instructions on where to go and it was absolutely filthy. Rubbish on tables, dirt on the floor in walkways. One poor member of staff briefly cleared the tables but no wiping of ables or emptying the overflowing bins. I suspect they are just severely understaffed. No refreshments at all we could see and our two were so thirsty. Having to use blokes loos with my little kid as the ladies was out of order was grim and I'm very glad no blokes used the urinal while I was there!!!

The lady, who served us today ( 22.02.25) was rude and unprofessional. Your website says children under 11 would require spectator, my children are 11.5 years and they wanted to stay without me there for 2 hours. She has refused us the entrance, saying they must be 12. Website should be then more clear and also shouldn’t allow me to book ? Now I have spent almost £50, travelled miles, kids are dissapointed etc, because we were refused entrance. Also receptionist cancelled our booking, she couldn’t provide any receipt or anything proving that booking was cancelled? so I am left now without any confirmation that I will even get my money back? Overall experience is dissapointing and I NOT recommended it to anyone.

You have to wear socks bought from flip out which you pay for each pair
You have to pay even if you're a spectator and you aren't even allowed any further than the entrance to the trampolines so you can't even watch your kids.
You have to pay to use the lockers as well!
This place is definitely not worth coming to. It's so expensive for what you get. To jump for 1hr is too long and most kids were just sitting on the boxes between the mats.

New owners, new prices, new rip offs.

Charging spectators £3 to sit and watch child which can’t be left alone just seems a little bizarre. It’s not as though the spectating part is in first class lounge luxury lol

You already charge for socks, the admission is steep enough, drinks and snacks are already overpriced… why charge a parent £3 to have to endure the loud noises and shouting just to make a few extra quid?

As a grandparent, I am sat in a litter strewn cafeteria area. The tables are overflowing with the (half term) days litter and there is only one person in attendance at the bar to cope with the areas demand. The adults in my party have paid an additional £3 each for this privilege.
I have tripped and fallen over a roller skate -abandoned with dozens of others in a dark walk way. A child has been locked in a toilet cubicle, that staff had to catch as they were forced to climb over the door. All this said the children in my party are at least enjoying themselves.

The place was fun, but there was dust on everything except the places people walk, I'm not saying its dirty everywhere, but you could see the dust on stuff. You can order drinks and do rollerskating. And its relatively clean.

Such a shame this place has really gone downhill since the last time I came, an absolute mess everywhere and hardly any staff to be seen, although during the 2+ hrs we were there we did see many different staff but, never more than a couple out and visible at any one time! Tables hadnt been cleared, the floor badly needed sweeping, all but 2 of the toilet stalls were locked shut, one of the open ones has a sign not to use the other one had a large puddle of water all over the floor. Roller skates all over the floor nr the entrance to the rink, no one manning the skating the whole time we were there. God knows wot the staff are doing for most of the time cos it wasnt overly busy but no one seemed bothered about cleaning up. Wont be in any hurry to go back.
