Easy to get to, free parking with many spaces available. Staff were lovely and accommodating, making me feel calm and relaxed before entering my exam. The room was quiet to take the exam with minimal background noise from the ventilation. Screen was a bit bright but if I’d requested it to be turned down a little, I’m sure they would have accommodated it. Would definitely recommend vs other Pearson Vue test centres

I have taken 4 or 5 exams here this year and find it preferable to testing at home. The staff are friendly and considerate of exam nerves. The centre is quiet, clean and desk seating was comfortable enough during a recent 3 hour exam. There are also lockers for valuables and clean toilet facilities.

Really nice and relaxed atmosphere. The Pearson Vue lady (forgot to take her name) was really polite and helpful. I went to this branch out of nesessity but in future I'd happily travel the 20 odd miles to take my exams here.

I went here to sit some of my exams and while I was nervous and uncomfortable, the woman who helped me and got me situated for the exam was so kind and considerate and it made a big difference to how I felt going in to the exam.

I'd definitely recommend them for their kindness and understanding

I wouldn't repeat the review of "don van vliet" but my thoughts are the exact same. In addition, the centre was easy to find, parking available, the way-in and everything else were well posted. It matters a lot if you are there first time. The staff is professional, not only in technical but HR/PR level as well.

AVOID!
Drove one hour to the exam centre, to be kept waiting past my exam time. I then had to ask them what was going on, to then be told there system was down. Waited a further 2 hours, the system was still down, then got told they was closed for the day. Had to drive an hour home without even getting a chance to take my exam. Shocking imagine being an exam centre but can not even get an exam to run for there customers!

A simple phone call in the morning of my exam to tell me there system was down would not have gone a miss! Rather than wasting my whole day traveling for over an hour to get there, then wait 3 hours at the centre.

I was very impressed by the test centre. Staff were extremely friendly and this helped to create a relaxed environment before a stressful period. I also think that the natural light within the test room, plus the plants gave the facility more of a homely feel as oppsoed to the usual sterial examination setting. 100% would recommend and will most likely be coming back myslef.
