I recently completed the Emergency First Aid at Work 1 Day Course, and I was genuinely impressed by how comprehensive and engaging it was.

Our trainer, Steve, was excellent — clear, thorough, and concise in his delivery. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, no matter your level of prior knowledge. I was surprised at how many topics were covered in just one day, including CPR, dealing with bleeding, choking, burns, shock, and more. It far exceeded my expectations for a one-day course.

This was an excellent course delivered by Brian and Steve, who are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about delivering First Aid training. I attended the in-person training for the paediatric blended course last week and I have to say, Steve and Brian were an excellent team. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, had a great teaching style, and kept the session engaging from start to finish. Their passion for what they do was clear, and it was truly inspiring to see their enthusiasm.
We covered so much, and I learned things I had never come across before. I feel significantly more confident now, which is exactly what I hoped to gain from this course. Steve, in particular, was absolutely hilarious, he had me laughing so many times! He’s such a great character, and together with Brian, they created a really welcoming and supportive learning environment.
