What a great course! Rich was very good at explaining things in a relevant and interesting way. He even made First Aid fun! His light hearted and yet informed manner kept everyone relaxed and gave us all confidence in our first aiding abilities. The outdoor slant to the course was helpful and refreshing and meant there was an interesting bunch of other people on the course too whose company I enjoyed. Thank you!

The course was well-structured, covering essential life-saving skills such as CPR, wound care, choking response, and how to handle medical emergencies like heart attacks and strokes.

The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the training easy to understand with hands-on practice. The use of real-life scenarios helped build confidence in applying first aid techniques. I also appreciated the opportunity to practice CPR on mannequins and learn how to use an AED properly.

Richard delivered an amazing day full of great information, good advice and the feedback from our large group of 17 was an absolute 10/10. Richard provided an on site First Aid at Work course for 11 employees. The course was tailored to our requirements and delivered in a way that everyone was fully engaged and participating in both the practical elements of the course as well as the sharing of personal experiences relevant to the different topics covered. It proved to be a great team building exercise as well as an informative and essential life skills based course with benefits not just for the work place but in everyday life too! We've not long completed the First Aid in the Workplace course with Richard. We had thorough, on-site training over the course of 2 days for all members of staff where Richard was able to tailor the course specifically to our business' needs and participants.
