They do their best with highly motivated bar staff, highly committed doormen for keeping customers safe, and is the main nightclub to go to for a night of dancing, drinking and meeting up with friends.

The only downsides for me is that they don't stock my top choices of drinks (e.g., Kopparbergs, Thatchers blackcurrant, Strongbow Dark Fruit and WKD instead of VK) and it would be nice if we could have more nights dedicated to proper "old-school" classic tracks/artists and to play a wider variation of music to cater to all tastes and to keep things fresh for all clubbers.

Aside from that, I think Fever's door staff do a better job at keeping law-abiding members of the public safe than the police do across town at the moment, so I will again compliment Fever by stating that I think law-abiding clubbers/members of the public are safer being in Fever on busy nights out than they are elsewhere within a town/high street plagued with numerous poorly policed "undesirables" on both quieter and busy nights!

Girlfriend had her phone stolen in Fever last night. Staff would not help her and their reason for not checking CCTV was that they were busy. You won’t stay busy when people know they’ll get their phones stolen and you won’t help!

It might be the only nightclub in the town but I promise you’ll have a better night if you avoid this place.

You have taken so long to even respond to the review that the police have ‘completed’ their investigation and have not recovered the phone. In the time since the phone incident, a friend went to fever and apparently got spiked. DO NOT GO TO THIS NIGHTCLUB AS IT IS CLEARLY A HOTSPOT FOR CRIME. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HELP OR PREVENT CRIME.

Disappointed to say the least.
Not local to the area, came down for the weekend. Been to a couple of bars (Lush Bar) I would advise anyone to go too and stay clear of this place.

Management really let this place down. They had lost my Jacket in the cloakroom and some how this was my fault. Made me wait outside for 30 minutes, but refused me to actually help look for it, considering it was there mess up.
There was no apology which made this situation worse, you pay £1.50 to put your coat in and they never even offered a refund for the inconvenience of how poorly the staff are trained. It's the principle of what happened whether it was 50p or £10.
The lady was called Vicki and she was so rude, so if you are visiting this place, I'd advise to stay clear of this lady, she'll put you in a right mood.
Unfortunately, it's this sort of management that let's the whole team down.

Bar staff was friendly and quick on making the drinks. Security was very good as well. So I'm not going to leave these a bad review.

Just a point to improve, maybe send your management team on a refresher course on how to talk politely to customers who pay there wage.

Georgia was amazing her smile and energy really made our vip night VIP! She guided us to our private booth and showed us the vast bottle menu. Price is very exquisite for the quality of bottles you get from au to ciroc and grey goose. The bottle show was very snazzy with sparklers and confetti with unlimited mixers this is the place to be on a Saturday night! Will be back soon

LITERALLY WISH I COULD PUT 0 STARS!
Went to see Mathew Horne and the two security guards stood right next to him were extremely unhelpful. Both blaming each other for their mistakes and made a young girl feel extremely uncomfortable as they did not help her one bit after she asked for help! All they cared about was helping girls take videos on their phones.

These two security guards were so unhelpful and made us feel very unsafe.
