Car developed problem which caused battery to drain overnight. With no appointment I went down to Fergusons. Left car they put it on computer fixed it. Gave me a call early afternoon to take it away to try it. If problem solved pop back to pay.

This garage can’t do enough for you. They were very good when I broke down recently. It was only a minor faul but it was diagnosed and quickly put right. Very competetive price wise. Book in for a full service and approx 2 hours later you’ve got the car back. Better than all day at a main dealer. Travis and his staff 5 star

First time I've used this garage and I would never use it again. Totally ripped off. Had timing belt replaced. Booked in and was told it would take 3-4 hours. Date put back 2 weeks owing to "urgent family holidays". Took it in 8am on agreed date expecting to pick it up after lunch. Took 2 days. Wouldn't answer the phone when I rang for an update. Walked to garage in the rain to be told it wasn't ready. When I asked what the problem was he developed a really bad attitude and was really rude. Charged me £600 for what should have been a £300-£400 job. No breakdown on the bill. No doubt he was charging me a fortune for labour as it had taken 2 days but I had passed the garage 3 times during those 2 day only to see the car just sitting not being worked on. Absolute disgrace, wouldn't recommend at all

Today I have collected my car after MOT. My car was previously making all kind of noises. After the repairs they have done, respecting the quote they said previously, my car is running as a new. Very silence and soft driving. I recommend this garage 100%. Thank you Travis and your team!

Always spot on. Priced fairly and mechanics are efficient. The downside is they are really popular so it takes an age to get through on the phone so don't expect to get your car in the next day. If you want work doing plan well ahead!! Mot, service, diagnostics, car maintenance available.

Began using this garage when my son bought his first car. They have done a lot of work for him since as he insists on buying very old Japanese cars. Since then myself , other son and his wife have always took cars along.
Always get good service. All friendly in garage. Price always what was quoted. If anything additional needed will contact you to agree before work carried out.
Definitely reccomend ( or maybe not as I may struggle to get an appointment). 10/10.
