Lie and ripoff.. that is what their eymemories you can call. There's no information what will or won't be included in this. Learning journey? Without and asterisk?! Everybody would think that's everything their child went through during their time at any nursery. Misleading information what it contains, I quote: "...easy way to view all observations and media in one go.".

WHERE IS MY "ALL MEDIA"?

No information whatsoever about that it includes ONLY observations and media within it. Beware.

Misleading, everything about their eymemories is. I attached screenshot sent to me by eyworks representative.

They refused to refund as they informed me that I waived my rights to 14-day cooling off period.

I would not have even given it 1 star. Very misleading in there description of goods and the download is a complete waste of money. When I complained they just didn’t care that they were ripping people off.

Think twice before you order as this company claims there is no cooling off period for their products. Dispute not working during the weekends and being unable to assist over the phone. If I could give it zero stars I would.
