Top trainer! I've been training with Andy for a couple of years now and he's truly an expert in his field. His incredible knowledge and passion for fitness have been instrumental in helping me reach my goals. Andy doesn't just train, he teaches, motivates, and supports, making each session challenging yet enjoyable! For anyone looking for a top-notch personal trainer, I couldn't recommend Andy enough! His commitment to his clients' progress is unmatched. Looking forward to the next session!

I have been training with Andy since December and have not only improved my general cardio fitness and strength but have lost over 9kg in 2 months. Andy devised me a nutrition plan packed with protein that I really look forward to eating each day. His knowledge of the human body is seriously impressive. I cannot rate Andy or Evolve Natural Fitness highly enough.

Excellent PT service that we use in our own gym and we also visit the Evolve gym to train 1:1 too. Andy focuses on mobility training which is ideal for me in my late 40’s, and he has also introduced me to Strength Training / Lifting which I am loving and I’m really seeing the positive results already - what started as a 6 week course has become my every week routine and I couldn’t be happier.

A game changing approach to personal fitness. I’ve carried minor ailments for many years and Andy quickly observed and delivered a plan that has not only neutralised my pain points it has allowed me to drive a higher baseline fitness. His approach is excellent and personable and I would highly recommend Evolve Natural Fitness

My problems before I met Andy: I spent the past 20yrs sat behind a desk in my day job and with minimal sport during that time. I returned to gym/tennis 3yrs ago but kept getting shoulder and knee pains as well as pulled every muscle in both legs and hip during that time. I tried two physio therapists over a 6 month period and both were ridiculously expensive and actually made my problems worse. I tried training more in the gym but still my problems persisted and got worse. I would struggle to get out of bed in the morning hobbling down the stairs with stiff sore knees... even after a 1hr tennis hit I’d be in agony that evening unable to sleep from the firey pain in my knees or sore shoulder/elbow etc. even just walking would be uncomfortable for my knees legs. Plus I had tight calfs and hamstrings a lot!! Then I met Andy at Evolve Natural Fitness in Sep 2023: Andy has completely transformed my body over 10 weeks and counting... my morning achy pains have disappeared, walking pains disappeared to the point it feels like im gliding (i feel 25yrs younger now). Previously I could only manage 2-3hrs tennis each week and my court coverage was hampered by dodgy knees but after 8 weeks with Andy I'm now able to do 8hrs tennis each week plus my court coverage has improved a lot and without pain. Additionally im now able to do 10hrs fitness training on top of the tennis and the two PT sessions with Andy each week. my body is coping much better and thriving to do a little more each day that goes by. Upon reflection I can only say wow! I highly recommend Andy at Evolve Natural Fitness (Andy is light years ahead of the market)

I have had help from Andy at Evolve for 5 years now, and he has been awesome. I have been supported throughout my weight loss and return to fitness, and feel great. He got me to a great level of health after about 6 months, and he did suggest I could go it alone; but I find his support invaluable to keep the weight off. He supports me with nutrition advice and a regular training plan, and in my mid 40's I want to stay on track, and Andy does that for me. I have tried gyms, cross-fit and other places to exercise, but none give me the support that Andy does.

Ive utilised Evolve Fitness for the past 4 years. Andy has given me the tools to manage myself but to be honest, I enjoy my sessions so much, I just can’t stay away. His knowledge and attention to detail is second to none and having used personal trainers previously who put me off gym sessions, Andy has got me back to fitness and in an enjoyable way. Originally for health reasons, and now for tone, Andy has supported me through so much, and I can’t thank him enough!!

Exceeded expectations! The Evolve Natural Fitness and Nutrition programme has completely changed my lifestyle. I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Andy's vast nutrition experience is unparalleled and his motivation will ensure you hit your targets at every stage of the programme. I never expected such a dramatic transformation in such a short space of time. Thank you!
