I have loved working with Elemental Fitness for virtual training. Veronica is a knowledgeable, encouraging coach who personalizes your training to your needs and interests. I love that she focuses on functional strength and brings a health at every size approach. She is also really fun to talk to, which makes the workouts fly by. My coach Veronica has been such a support on my fitness journey. Since the beginning, she asked me what my goals were and we’ve been working on them ever since. With a personalized program that targets my needs, I have felt great. I used to be so intimidated by kettlebells and picking up anything heavier that 5 pounds. I find myself in awe at times when I’m doing something and realize I didn’t have to ask for help when it comes to carrying heavy things and am absolutely marveled at the fact that my body CAN be strong. It’s so rewarding being able to witness my strength! I love the fact that Veronica puts all of her dedication into coaching and it SHOWS!

Veronica is amazing! I love my online personal training sessions with her!
