It's very good learning at Elatt. I am on business administration course level 2 and still doing but already looking forward to level 3. Ditta, my instructor, is so much professional and friendly at the same time. You can ask her questions anytime, and she replies very quickly. While you study, Elatt provides you with ways to apply your knowledge in the practical field by volunteering. I would definitely recommend Elatt to everyone.

As a newcomer, finding Elatt and joining some courses is a very great time. The online course makes life easier and efficient. I also get support from Elatt's teachers and staff as well as having great classmates who are so precious.
A very recommended institution to join !
Cheers!

I just finish the L1 TA Course at ELATT and I'm very pleased. I was not sure what to expect because I thought this class was going to be very difficult for me but I was quite impressed with the entire learning process. Our teacher was experienced and I was very impressed with her method of teaching. She made us feel important. All my questions were answered and the class interaction was very good. I enjoyed every moment that I have been working with my teachers and classmates. Thank you ELATT 😊

I highly recommend ELATT to anyone looking to improve their English skills. As an ESOL Level 1 student, I had the pleasure of studying at ELATT for two years and the courses were fantastic. Thanks to the comprehensive curriculum and dedicated tutors, I can now communicate effectively with my solicitor, GP, and specialist. But ELATT is more than just a school, they also provide invaluable support and guidance to their students to help them succeed in their studies and exams. I am grateful for the experience and progress I made at ELATT and I'm excited to continue my English learning journey with them. Thank you, ELATT, for being such a helpful and supportive community!"

The worst institute ever! it has been a nightmare being a student here. i don't think the staff co-ordinate with each other. it takes them weeks before they answer any email. and then 3,4 members of staff reply with a completely different answers and each reply is weeks apart. is there no proper system to handle email within them?
It has been months since i completed my English course with them and sat the exams but till haven't received the result. i am meant to apply for renewal of my visa next year and no one from the institute is giving any answers on where i stand with my result? i am not the only student facing this issue, several other delegates are also complaining of not hearing anything back after the exam.
i would suggest not to waste your time with this institute and enroll somewhere else.

Due to the management, my experience at ELATT has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite ELATT’s Safeguarding policy, I was subjected to discriminatory treatment and a lack of support concerning my well-being.

Staff member Mr. Subrata mixed offers of professional cooperation and positions with romantic advances towards me, creating an ambiguous atmosphere. Meanwhile, he was also discussing marriage with other women. His confusing behaviour was later misinterpreted as a personal relationship, leading to my unfair penalization for a conflict of interest, despite my declared complex attachment issues. It underscores sensitivity to the downside of interpersonal relationships, where separation, rejection etc can trigger severe emotional distress, which might led to suicide attempt.

Following my suicide attempt, of which the school management was fully aware, they failed to provide any support and instead exacerbated my condition, as reflected in my NHS records. The severity of my condition worsened due to their mistreatment. The management essentially did the opposite of what was recommended, ignoring medical instructions and disregarding my personal autonomy. They appeared either unable or unwilling to follow guidance.

Initially, the student support adviser, Janet, assured me that I would remain in the class despite my complaint. Later, she broke her promise without considering the impact such unexpected changes would have on a severely depressed individual.

The vocational head teacher, Naima, conducted a biased investigation and decided to exclude me from the Level 3 course while allowing Mr. Subrata to retain his position to run the course, only to dismiss him afterward. It seems Naima aimed to remove anyone she deemed "disruptive." Throughout this process, Naima failed to act as a student representative. I was neither interviewed nor heard during the investigation, my well-being was ignored, and the outcome was factually incorrect. I was never in a consensual relationship with Mr. Subrata, and at the time, I was a former student. Naima’s decision to exclude me lacked depth, fairness, and understanding of my needs, and it demonstrated discrimination. Under the Equality Act, everyone is entitled to fair treatment, regardless of gender, marital status, beliefs, or disabilities. Yet, the school prioritized the smooth running of the course over the health and well-being of individuals.

They initially stressed me by implementing unexpected changes and denying education based on a discriminatory decision. Later, they thought reducing hours and support would be a solution. This approach only exacerbated my condition, as I was dealing with clinical depression that required stability, not change. The reduced support became a substantial disadvantage, as my motivation and activity levels had dropped considerably. Additionally, the decision to remove me from the class was particularly harmful to my well-being, as it could have provided a sense of routine and stability. ELATT appears to lack understanding of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)—they do not listen and they do not care.

I have never seen anyone as emotionally distraught as Mr. Subrata, whose tears reflected his realization of being coerced into a marriage he did not want. Despite the negative consequences from his colleagues' interventions, he repeatedly stated that he would not attempt suicide.

The management, including head teacher Naima and CEO Anthony, denied any responsibility for the school’s actions. They neglected to provide me with the necessary support for my severe mental health issues. They were as exclusionary as the bullying children in school. As a result of this ongoing discrimination, my pre-existing mental health problems worsened significantly. ELATT's lack of accuracy, fairness, and empathy has had a profoundly negative impact on me, leading to persistent mental health issues.

I am tired and wish to die. Enough is enough, but these people seem to think they can act with impunity. Avoid them for your well-being.

I really enjoyed the ESOL course with Elatt. I am very grateful for teacher Shahida's hard work. I am more brave to speak English like before. She gave us confidence.

I've never completed a course like this before (remote learning) and I cannot express how great the tutor. I would definitely recommend ELATT to my co-workers as well as friends.
I was not sure what to expect because the class was taught remotely, but I was quite impressed with the entire process.

Our teacher is an expert and very clear in his method of teaching. All my questions were answered and the class interaction is very good.
The class is awesome! Our teacher spoke very clear and he is very knowledgeable and patient.

If I ever need additional training, ELATT will be my first choice!

Thank you
