Edinburgh Bootcamp

have been training with Dave since May 2024. Initially, I just did PT, but I have now started doing boot camp three times a week as well. I joined with the goal to become fit but slowly became addicted, I even did my first Spartan 21k event in October and was amazed to come first in my age category. This is all down to Dave's enthusiasm and drive to help you believe you can do it and push you to the max when you think you cannot do any more. His motivation is infectious!! I feel amazing, I have lost 5.4K of fat from my body in 6 months. My bodyfat percentage has dropped by 7.2%. I feel strong and have gained 1.5K of muscle. I could not recommend enough!!

I had a one month personal training with David and I must say he is the most amazing trainer and motivator. My fitness level significantly improved and I also shed some extra weight! Most importantly I’m motivated to continue the fitness journey further (including joining his bootcamps). I spent my 12 classes in his home gym which is well equipped with all necessary equipments. Every gym session was really hard-work and David made sure that I won’t just lie on the mat making excuses! I highly recommend David if you want to especially start the long journey into fitness!

Edinburgh Bootcamp has been such a positive experience. I initially joined to support my yoga practice with weights and conditioning but what I found was a community of great people. Dave's enthusiasm is contagious - even at 6:15am!! He keeps things challenging but fun and is a very knowledgeable PT.

Dave is a great trainer. Very positive and encouraging but also manages to get you to work hard in classes. He always has an option for anyone if needed too. I recommend the bootcamp classes to everyone!

Edinburgh Bootcamp is fantastic and Dave is the most motivating and positive coach I've had. The classes suit all abilities from beginners to extremely fit people as there are variations to each exercise and different weights. I would recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight, tone up or just to get fitter and stronger. It also makes you feel more energetic and lifts your mood after each class. A massive mix of people go to the classes but all I've met have been kind, encouraging and positive. What a lovely bunch. Come join us.

100% recommend Dave. Amazing instructor. Upbeat, fun and always a proper workout. I started off with some personal training first, now attending outdoor bootcamp classes, and also indoor classes. Community vibe and spirit spot on! Highly recommend

I've been attending Bootcamp for a couple of years now and it's been great to have for my physical fitness but also mental wellbeing. Dave is very knowledgeable, motivating and cheery (even in the worst of weather). I get so much more out myself working in the class than I would working alone at a gym. Different abilities are well catered for with a choice of weights to work with and plenty alternatives to exercises. Highly recommended.

Dave's Edinburgh Bootcamp classes are great! I went from doing pretty much zero exercise and lost 3 stone in 6 months of Bootcamp. It doesn't take long to see and feel positive effects. It's almost 2 years since I started now and Dave has never repeated a class so you always get something different and challenging each time. He's a fantastic coach and motivator and really encourages you to keep going and improve. The classes cater for a range of ability and Dave is able to look after everyone, giving alternative exercises when needed to take into account injuries or fitness. It's a great group of people too and there are some really fun social events throughout the year.
