Ebb&Flow Farnham

A someone relatively new to yoga I was a little anxious about attending my first retreat in Portugal solo but I needn't have worried as everything was perfect. Jill has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and I found myself with a beautiful group of like minded people who filled my week with laughter. The house was stunning and the attention to detail made it very special, the goody bag and personalised postcard from the team were an added bonus! Julee and Lou are both incredible teachers and I have come home feeling spiritually nurtured and my yoga practice has developed, the sunrise meditations will stay with me for a long time. Thank you to the Ebb Flow team for giving me a week to remember and I look forward to my next retreat with you.

I cannot thank the Ebb & Flow Team enough. Following a nasty hip injury in October last year I had to stop yoga for a period. The team were amazing at helping me identify how to start rehab on my hip by suggesting classes would suit my recovery. The teachers skilled anatomy knowledge made me feel safe in every class, they have their clients best interests at heart and offer personalised adjustments, whilst checking in on you throughout the class. My recovery has been supported and helped by the professionalism and support of the studio. Give it a go, the vibe in the studio is so peaceful and calm and the decor is simply stunning. The customer experience across the team, management and teachers is fabulous. I recommend them to you.

Ebb & Flow in Farnham is such a calming place to be, the perfect place to practice Yoga and Mindfulness. The space is beautifully styled and laid out for a tranquile experience. I started as a beginner over 4 years ago and enjoying the experience ever since, the teachers are brilliant and so knowledgeable in their practice. I couldn't recommend Ebb & Flow highly enough. I absolutely love Ebb&Flow. I joined in 2021 as we moved to Farnham and have been attending classes since. The atmosphere is beautiful, such a calm, clean and cosy space. Jill and Kate are adorable and really committed to make anybody feel at ease. The teachers are superb, it is actually difficult to choose which class to attend as they are all so good! Thank you so much for doing what you do, so well.

I’ve been attending here regularly since October. As a (previously less than flexible…) man, since first attending I’ve noticed a considerable improvement in my movement and posture, having never practised any yoga at all before. They do a “yoga for tight men” course to get you into it should you wish - and the staff and studio are absolutely fantastic. I go around twice a week on average and it’s so good for my mental and physical health that I genuinely miss it if I can’t attend due to other commitments. A fantastic place, which I totally recommend.

I have been to many classes at the studio. It is a sanctuary in Surrey! From the moment you walk in being greeted by a freshly scented, warm & welcoming reception to ample space in the studios and changing rooms. Jill & Katie have thought of everything! There is plenty of parking around Farnham and the studio is tucked away from the hustle & bustle. There are lots of workshops offered from learning how to meditate to deep relaxation and yoga foundation. I would highly recommend this - you won’t be disappointed!

Best yoga studio I’ve ever been too. I joined in 2019 and never looked back. Katy and Jill are fantastic and always go above and beyond for the yoga community. All the teachers are brilliant and there’s a wide range of classes. Studio is beautiful. Can’t recommend highly enough. Perfect!

An absolutely wonderful place to practice. You are made to feel so welcome from the moment you walk in. Ebb and Flo have a huge variety of classes and times. All the teachers are fantastic and bring something fresh to each session. I now have my husband hooked on yoga and he is loving the space too.
