Excellent service from East Coast Fencing. I ordered the wrong fence panels the first time I placed my order but after emailing in I was given a prompt refund and I was able to order the right items. The customer service has been great, and the fence panels delivered on time by a very friendly delivery driver. Please note it's kerbside delivery only (understandable) so you may need some extra help moving items once delivered.

What we received that was good, was good. We did receive x4 fence panels that wernt in good condition, they looked like they had white mould on, and one was covered in bird droppings (we could even see the seeds the birds ate). Tried to talk about this to them and was informed "these marks are a result of the copper in the pressure treatment reacting with sap in the timber.". I've attached pictures in my google review. Also, as others have mentioned the delivery was just dropped off on our drive, no knock on the door or anything.

Delivery took longer than the 3 to 12 days that was advertised, but with new year and Christmas approaching and the storms damaging loads of fencing like it did mine, I wasn't bothered at all, once payment was made I got sent my delivery day and on the day I was able to long in and see my delivery estimated time. Delivery driver was very strong,polite with advice and took no time unloading. Over all very happy customer.

The driver was so helpful he delivered the fence panels where I needed them. He was cheerful and just brilliant.
The fence panels are lovely. A picture will be included once they’ve been installed. They are heavy so I’m assuming they’re good quality.
Easy to order, I did have to change the date of delivery. I just gave them a call, date was changed. Email received confirming the new date.

Great customer service and great delivery staff. Much better than a competitor of theirs I tried to order from who told me I was responsible for unloading the lorry. East Coast delivered to front drive without fuss.

Some odd reviews on here from other people complaining that they left the products in their drive when they were out despite the company clearly stating they will do this. And also clearly communicating a delivery time. But you can't check the IQ of your customers before accepting an order I suppose

Great company. Ordered fence panels and trellis sections. All were a good price, and the order was big enough for free delivery. Two courteous members of staff arrived when promised and the whole order was excellent quality. The trellis pieces are particularly nice; the online images don't do them justice. Very pleased with the service and will certainly be using this company in the future.
