I'm disappointed by the way E3D value their customers. I've recently placed in order over £550 (8 nozzles) and simply asked them to upgrade shipping (£3.99) for free and all I'm told by a sales advisor that nothing they can do about it. While they do selling via Amazon FBA with next day delivery for the same price (for prime members).

I have over 100 hours on the new Revo system. In that time i have found that the print quality is much better than the old hot end. I no longer have problems with small blobs or strings on the prints. As far as the tollerance test goes it usualy sticks at .2 and the .15 is locked down. This is the first time i had all pieces loose off of the print bed. The hot end heats up very quickly allowing me to change filaments while the bed is warming up. To change the nozzle i can preheat the printer. When the hot end gets to 200c i hit eject filament, cool the nozzle down to 100, remove and replace the nozzle. I can have the nozzle back to 240 before the bed is up to temperature. I love this new system.

Generally great products, customer service and support. they have a wide range of 3d printing products, though recently their support for the 3.00mm standard has been sorely lacking, hence the loss of one star. They are the gold standard for 3d printer hot ends worldwide, and are very innovative and forward thinking in their designs. Available super high temperature 3d printing options are also made here. Well worth taking a look at their website.
