Great customer service. The gentleman that helped me was very polite. I believe I talked to him on the phone days before my visit and then I met him in person. He helped me get cargo work pants for my new job.

Thank you for existing. I found this place online and sent my husband there. He’s really happy with the store and clothes that we can’t find elsewhere. A little disappointed that it’s pricey but it’s really good clothes.

Amazing! I came in to quickly grab a belt and the person working remembered me from a prior visit. She was so awesome. Complimented me on the shirt I was wearing, made shopping fun and easy and really made me feel special that day! I hope I see her again to say thank you.

I recently visited the DXL Tall and Fat store in Culver City and had a great experience finding a dress shirt not only fits well, but also looks great. They had a wide variety from which to choose. I was able to use an online coupon which saved me money. The clerk was also very helpful, and I found what I needed quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality clothing and excellent customer service.

Amazing store with amazing people who go above and beyond to help their customers. I left my stuff in store and flew out of LA but Meghan, Claudia and Jay went out of way to help me, got my stuff couriered back to me. Really warm gesture from the team.
