I was searching for a management course, when I came across Durham Open Learning College. Failing to reply to e-mails, or replying without actually reading my e-mail fully, led me to suspect this provider wasn't for me. Their failure to keep a pre-booked appointment for a taster session was the final nail in the coffin. Thankfully, I got to walk away before parting with any money. Be warned.

Really terrible service. No backup or correspondence once fees have been paid. We are now forced to put forward a formal complaint to EFSA and report the case to City & Guilds who they represent as course givers.
