I attended this college in 2023 and left within a week as I couldn’t stand being there. My partner attended this college from 2023, he did a business level 3 and got kicked out for having a single week off due to bereavement of a very close family member, they then put him on a business certificate course of which he settled to, they then put him on a contract where he couldn’t have a single day off from college, all because he was with his family member in hospital for a week!!!!! He finished this course June 2024, it’s now almost February 2025 and he hasn’t received his results. He’s called over ten times, with no clear resolution in sight, just “we know you’ve passed but we don’t know the exact grade”
He has constantly been chasing this up since August when everyone else received their results, and yet still no resolvement.

Wouldn’t recommend this college at all.
A disgusting lack of sympathy and unhelpful at the best of times.

Applied Science department is great! Sukhwant Rai is one of the top teachers. Excellent teaching, continuous support and in line feedback. Students are well prepared for internal and external assessments. Post course progression statistics are excellent, with students either going to university or employment within the science field or related fields.

It okay but it depressing and boring sometimes the staff can be polite it depends on there mood. Monday the teacher are moody. Fridays all the teacher care about is going home .the toilet stink people don't know how to flush a chain and the support is good unless u don't listen like me

I attended from September 2016 to June 2017 on a Business Admin Level 3 course. As someone with Autism I spoke to the SENCO at the time, Martin Timmins, who promised I would get the support I needed for all my lessons. Upon starting it was clear I recieved none of this. The tutors did their absolute best to help me but even they said Martin had failed in his duty. During the course, assignment deadlines kept being moved around because other members of the class didn't complete them on time, which meant I went through all the stress to complete it on time, with no support, only to find that I needn't have bothered because the deadline had been extended. The only LSA in the room who had been assigned to help another student, did her best to support me and she was very good. Then came a review meeting in June just before I finished, where Martin Timmins admitted he had FORGOTTEN who I was, and what he said to me on that open day!

I would not recommend anyone with Autism or similar disabilities attend this college until the SEN department sort themselves out. I’m saddened to say it, but attending this college was easily the worst decision I’ve ever made.

Absolutely fab! Came to enroll my son after leaving school, very helpful and informative on what’s to offer, enrolled that exact day and found staff helpful and friendly. large building and access for wheelchairs, car park and if you have. A child with special needs you can receive help here too. Fantastic! Definitely recommend this place.

Dudley College of TECHNOLOGY?!!! What a joke for this name!! Few weeks ago I sent an email in enquiring a former student info, who studied during 2004-2008. After few days later I got their reply, saying they can’t help as they only have former student record since 2017!! Come on DCT!! How much money does our government spent on!! This is 2024 and I am very curious in what kind of TECHNOLOGY education does this college is providing to our young people!! I feel shame with this college so badly!! PERIOD!!

Physics Lecturers, even you are extinct, do not bother to apply to this college! You will waste your day by going there, teaching and then you will be assured by managers that you can reapply again, but on this occasion you do not reach the HR interview. No feedback provided as this is the college policy (check the website).

After sending my daughter here she had nothing but issue after issue with 2 girls after complaining to staff the problems got worse turns out the teacher must have had the hots for one of them please don't send your children here they will be wasting there time and education honestly they would be better off in the dole than go here
