I was absolutely dreading this course but it was so good. So informative, especially seeing the difference in braking distance between 30 & 31mph. Also knowing the time you save driving 70mph & 80mph on the motorway, which was virtually nothing at all!! Given so much food for thought, I will not be going over the speed limit again. Fantastic idea rather than just giving points where there’s no education or deterrent!!

It was clearly only my fault that I was speeding and I was lucky to be offered a speed awareness course. I came out from the course with a different view on safer driving, I feel we all did. A very worthwhile 3 hours, presented by Peter and Toby who made it interesting and very informative. That said, I hope I don't see them again!

At the start of the Speed Awareness course I did initially have my reservations and thought it might be 2 hours of being lectured at what a terrible driver I am. However, the course took me by surprise in that it was very informative and interesting.
I wish all drivers could take this class as a refresher course as my knowledge had faded away since completing my theory test 16 years ago and I'd forgotten quite a lot.
I especially found the driving at 30 mph where there are streetlights interesting as well as the difference driving 1 mph can make!

Paul Richardson was an excellent teacher, very pleasant and encouraging, making sure we all participated, asked questions if we needed to and that we full understood in each of the parts of the course. The videos added to our understanding and, possibly, our engagement - in particular 'hazard prediction' which wasn't always easy to get right, and made me, anyway, realise how important it is to be aware of hazards all the time and that keeping to the speed limit gives more time to react safely. It was useful to finish by making sure we all had an action plan going forward. Thank you.

No one wants to go on this course and attendance is to avoid getting a driving conviction. I was surprised how engaged I was during the training. The trainers were good. Presented the content well and were non judgmental. The structure was good and the content was interesting. It surprised me that I learned something and I left with new ideas to drive more safely.

Good course with friendly tutor. I think it could have been 30 minutes shorter. Bookings process awful. System kept crashing and they took my payment twice. When I called they initially said I was mistaken. They finally admitted it then said it would take 5 working days to refund me even though their system was very quick to take it from my account. Disgraceful

Natalie S was our trainer, she made the course feel like punishment rather than education, she threw a trainee of the course, who was struggling with the technology, she offered him no help. I felt she bullied me, i left the course angry with no education to help me improve my driving skills. The previous course I attended was the total opposite, and resulted in no speeding fine for 15 years, i doubt this course will benefit me in anyway

Very unhelpful in allowing payments in reasonable instalments. Hardly an instalment plan having to pay £25 upfront then the remainder of £70. 2 instalments, how is that helping people that are struggling to pay. Wish I'd used another provider now, a more helpful, considerate provider. If I could give zero stars I would.
