Amazing service, ended up going since my ACER laptop wasn’t turning on. They did a hard reset and that’s all that we ended up needing, but since it took a short time and no parts needing change I’ve not been charged. Extremely fast and cheap. Came in with a laptop not booting at all (debris stuck in the fan), and within 10 minutes it was up and running for £10. Very nice customer service as well. Saved my degree! Highly recommended.

I had quite an issue with my laptop in that it simply wasn't charging properly and continued to die when taken off charge. I was genuinely considering buying a new laptop as I imagined the cost to fix my current one would be more than buying a new one. Within about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, I was back to a fully functioning laptop, and I was able to buy a new, non-broken charger for it. The service was great, overall incredibly helpful, and almost certainly saved me about £200. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend this business to anyone, but particularly to university students with technical issues. Really impressed!

5 stars isn't enough. With 30 seconds of walking into the store he had diagnosed the issue with my broken laptop and started repairing faulty motherboard soldering. I thought my laptop was completely busted and was super impressed by how quick he fixed it. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Broken hard drive in my laptop, pretty much diagnosed over the phone and then ready to collect with a new hard drive in a little over 24hrs. Even managed to save the majority of the data off the old drive too!
