You have been sent a money claim K5QZ0V4K . as you don't answer e-mails.

1 . This company doesnt' add phone line greetings, as promised when selling the 550 pound package, and only advertises themselves at the start of your phone lines. Exploiting clients phone lines.

2. Starts charging monthly service charges. Which is not part of the initial sold package. Only a bulk sum of 550 pounds to start off and per call commission fees. No monthly charges. So again a mis-sell.

3. Phone lines don't even work. And they won't test it with you. As they keep ignoring clients.

I can honestly state that I along with 3 different companies ( accounts) have been with DSL for over 4 years and have found the company and more importantly Shaun to be both honest and knowledgable in advising a client in the very best way of developing IVR or Premium service. Forget the clowns who have reviewed this company below . Anybody wanting to ring me or email for confirmation are very welcome.

Worst company. Closed my account because too much traffic flow.. Jack my account manager said he closed my account a few days ago. However my number as still been generating income and the company have failed to notify me of the minutes. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED ON PAYMENY SIDE OF THINGS as final invoice is due in few days...update invoice for previous month wasn't sent was told another lie...JACK said he would send it to me and failed after another phone call to the company..they are doing every think they possible can to not to pay me my income...stay clear from this company..4.4.19 tried to call the company an have been blocked by them and they have sent me a email saying communicate thru email an do not respond back to my emails
