My old printer recently broke down beyond economical repair and bought a new Xerox printer from Stefan at DOS after he recommended the best make and model for my needs. He prepared the machine in his office prior to delivery the following day, installed it and showed me how to use it (dead easy!). He even disposed of my old machine. I have been using it for the last few days and it works perfectly. Importantly, I know that if I did run into a problem, Stefan is there to solve it.

Stefan arrived on time and got my printer talking to the router again. He also got it scanning again. Not only was he knowledgable but he took the time to explain things to me so I could make notes. Above excellent service. Came out same day, on his way home. Explained everything & more, as I am an o.a.p. After fitting my printer, showed me how to open it, how to change the ink, & load the paper. Very reasonable charge, considering the time here. Would definitely use again, & recommend.
