Our first interaction with Digital Office Group was a transformative moment for our organisation

As a small charity we had struggled with previous providers who did not understand our needs and getting a response was time consuming and frustrating.

From the first meeting with John and Jack, their understanding of our frustrations, solutions offered and help and guidance.
Our initial call was for a photocopier, but Digital Office Group now also provide IT support, copying and telephone services.

As well as providing an amazing service, which is extremely cost effective, they are a caring organisation and are now one of our trusted suppliers. All of their employees provide an amazing service and are a credit to the Company.

We have been benefitting from the 5-star service of DOS for just over 2 years now and can say with confidence that they are a fantastic bunch.

Never had any noteworthy issues and anything minor that has cropped up has been resolved immediately and to our complete satisfaction.

Unlike other companies (reprographics or otherwise) the sales team are lovely but they also come through on the promises made at the initial sales meeting. We have had several experiences of promises being made and not kept and the after sales service being dire, so it's a huge relief to know that DOS are the diamond in the rough so to speak!

Hoping this continues and if so, we will be renewing our contract with them when the time comes.

We had poor customer service from our previous photocopier supplier, the quality of print was terrible and we had lost faith! That was where Digital Office came in and saved the day. They allowed us to trial the print quality before committing to which machine we wanted. We now have a much better print quality at a cheaper price - win/win! I would definitely recommend these guys - they are VERY knowledgeable.

We recently had several Xerox devices installed across our 3 offices by Digital Office Group. After being a customer of an alternative Xerox provider for many years it was a decision very carefully considered by the firm and we decided to place our faith in DOS . They were honest in their sales pitch, very open and clear with contractual terms - meaning no hidden surprises and communicated all information concisely.

It was by no means a straightforward installation but David worked tirelessly to ensure any teething problems were ironed swiftly out. He liaised directly with our employees and IT providers making sure there was no downtime at all across the business .

I would recommend any company looking to update or install a quality printer/ managed print services to approach Digital Office Group.

We had supply issues with our printer consumables, and couldn't have down time with the business. After a recommendation and phone call, Digital Office Supplies Ltd provided the business with a loan printer until the problem was resolved. What a brilliant service, extremely helpful staff, and no charge made.
Once our term with our current supplier is finished Digital will certainly be contacted.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone requiring an outstanding service.
