I had a very disappointing experience at DOT (Den of Tech) in Collier Row. While I was standing in line and waiting for my turn, someone who arrived after me was served first. This was extremely unfair and unprofessional. Customers should be served in the order they arrive to ensure fairness and a positive experience for everyone. I hope the staff will improve their queue management in the future.
