We’ve had a very positive experience working with Dash on creating a new website for New Era Global Sports, a company specializing in sports management and representing elite athletes worldwide. I spent £15,000 at this company and have nothing to show!

We trusted Dash Media with our website, expecting it to be safe and protected. They claimed it was hacked and said we needed a new one, despite it working fine before they got access. We paid extra for a new site they promised to finish quickly, but what should have taken one month took two years and is still subpar. We also paid for an app promised in three months, but they never developed it. They kept pushing deadlines with excuses about staff changes. After two years, they only gave us an Adobe image of the app and tried to charge £2700+ for it, offering only a 30% refund of the total I paid.

Dash Media is quick to demand payment but fails to deliver. They set short 12-hour payment deadlines but provide endless excuses and constant delays. The final product never matched their promises.

Their attempts to make amends were a joke. Offering a fraction of the money back while suggesting they need years to finish a three-month project is unacceptable. They should admit it and refund the client if they can't meet deadlines.

P.S. Dash Media often dismisses negative reviews by claiming the reviewers weren't their clients. I am indeed a client and ready to escalate this issue further. Trusting this company was a huge mistake!

After shopping around we decided to use Dash to build our Website, based on value for money as well as excellent personal recommendations. We couldn’t be happier with this decision. The staff at Dash simply cannot do enough for us and the manager is so dedicated to running a business that really has its customers at the heart of it! They are professional, prompt, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. Dash have been there for us every step of the way in creating not only a website, but a brand that represents us perfectly. Any requests or changes have always been actioned without delay and there’s always members of the team checking in to make sure everything is okay. I have worked with DASH on two projects from a personal perspective, and they have been excellent with regard to logo and website design. I am pleased with the design language and what is important is that they are good at listening to your needs. Reece (owner) and Kat have been our primary contacts, and they will help you navigate all the necessary decisions to get things moving, which is particularly helpful if you are not knowledgeable in this arena. The pricing and unlimited edits were a particular attraction, although there is an annual fee to factor in. I had been with another website designer company before and these guys are streets ahead in terms of their offering to clients. I thoroughly recommend them.
