I love this gym! I’ve been training here with Aaron since January and I can’t believe the difference in my strength, physique and mindset in such a short space of time. Aaron is excellent at what he does and always makes sure I’m giving my absolute best during sessions with him. Would highly recommend PT sessions with Aaron if you actually want to achieve your goals ?

Initially introduced to weights following a few ladies strength classes with Jessica, I have since started PT sessions with Aaron. Having never done weight training in my life, now at 43 years old and post cardiac surgery, this was a daunting prospect. Aaron has had a wonderful way of pushing me to be my best but at the same time instantly putting me at ease. He is very professional, supportive, and has expert knowledge on all things fitness and nutrition.
I can't express how much I am enjoying my weights journey so far and would highly recommend!
