One amazing lady is working there by herself on a busy Saturday. She was extremely friendly but there needs to be more staff working in there! Huge queue as we had ALOT to return and fuming to witness this poor lady struggling to sort all the post, evri and shop alone! Disgusting way to treat an employee. But 1million stars out of 10 for the sweetest member of the team.

Lovely post office and really friendly lady behind the counter on Saturday. She had a huge queue and apologised for the wait. She gets 5🌟
However, it was totally unfair that she was working alone so unable to have a break for food, drink or the bathroom. She was trying to watch customers in the shop and deal with post office enquiries. There needs to be more than one member of staff considering this is the main post office in town. It is illegal to work without a break and what if she was to fall ill behind the counter. Crowborough Post Office needs to take the necessary action before she breaks from stress.

This post office is a lifeline for me. It is used so much, that the queues are reminiscent of a Russian Bread Queue! Keep up the good work guys and "Thank You!"

Really great Post Office that I enjoy going to. The only reason I've knocked a star off my review is that EE mobile phone signal inside the shop is non-existent and to be fair so is it outside the shop. However, if they offered free Wi-Fi so that we can easily retrieve our Amazon Return bar codes when needed, then I'd glady give them the full 5! (I've had to walk almost 200 yards away from the shop, as close to Waitrose, just to get a signal to be able to get at my emails etc, all whilst my item is still at the counter with other shoppers waiting for me to return).....

This post office is an essential resource for Crowborough. I use it several times a week for many different reasons and the staff are amazing. Friendly, professional, very knowledgable and efficient. They open early and are open all day on a Saturday but now I am commuting to London again, it would be great if they were open a little but later during the week.
I literally would struggle with some of my business needs if this post office wasn’t there. A credit to the Post Office business.
