CrossFit Chiltern

I have always struggled to stick with a sport or gym but I joined CrossFit Chiltern 5 years ago and I love it! The coaches are amazing and I like coming to class and being led through a work out. It has such a strong sense of community and I have made some really good friends from just working out with them in class. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great coached work outs and a fun and friendly environment.

So I’ve been at CF Chiltern now for about 3 years and I’ve been hooked since day one! Sun or rain, tired or full of beans, I’m here, because they deliver results! With consistency, great coaching and a fantastic group of people, you can’t find a better way to not just get incredibly fit, but improve your whole life ❤️

Great gym with loads of space, really friendly environment created by both the coaches and other people there. I wasn't confident with a lot of the movements but the coaches talk you through them and show you how to scale them so everyone gets a tough workout at their level.

Having spent years going to the gym on and off, never really finding ‘my sport’ and 3 children later, I was looking for a way back into exercise. CrossFit was far more than just exercise. It’s community, mental well being and grit. CrossFit has positively impacted so many aspects of my life. I whole heartedly recommend it!

Was visiting family in Amersham for a few days and stopped by CrossFit Chiltern to see if I could be accommodated - everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the class was excellent. Highly recommend :)

I only joined CrossFit Chiltern a few weeks ago to get back to regular exercising. I didn’t know whether CrossFit is for me or how I will fit in as a total newbie to this type of sport…. Well I can say that I already love it, the classes are very well structured for any level of ability … but most importantly , everybody (coaches and members) is super friendly, supportive and encouraging. I always leave the class sweaty, with smile on my face… wake up with aching muscle and look forward to my next class. To anybody who is wondering if CrossFit is a sport for them … Go and try CrossFit Chiltern-you won’t regret it:))

Joining CrossFit Chiltern got me motivated again to work harder on my fitness vs where I was losing this in a normal gym. Great coaches and welcoming members are a huge part of this, alongside the varied and functional nature of CrossFit. I have already noticed significant improvements in my mobility in a few months, due to the focus on different movements, managed exercises I did not think I would be doing for a long time and, have even seen my run times drop. 100% hooked and recommend.

CrossFit is a great place to get fit and has an amazing community spirit. It’s refreshing change from your usual gym and I would encourage people to do give it a try. The workouts might sound challenging but there are scaling options and you eventually get better with the support of amazing coaches. The owner Jeremy has put in a lot of hard work and has built a strong sense of community over the last 6 years. We have interesting events throughout the year and every one loves it.
