Incredible service, emergency repair needed, took my laptop in at 10am, fixed and good as new same day. Can not recommend enough, esspecially as main stream services wanted to charge 5 times the price with a 2 week turn around!! I was lucky enough to find Phil after a lot of searching to get my son’s PS4 pro repaired. Phil was extremely helpful and explained the whole process for the repair. I was quoted new PSU, new motherboard etc etc from other companies but Phil suggested it might be a hard drive issue. The repair was carried out promptly and cost effectively and as Phil suspected it was a new hard drive required. Now we have a fully function PS4. Thanks Phil!

Dropped off a PS4 Pro on Tuesday that had overheating and noise issues that caused consol either not to work or games not to run properly when it did. Got it back today (Friday Dec. 23) and it seems to be working like new. Needed an expert clean it seems (I'd tried myself but obviously not good enough). Cost only £40. Highly recommended.

Great service especially during these times! I’d called other repair centres much closer to me but didn’t get a good feeling. I called Phil at Cranham computer repairs and knew immediately this was where my repair would take place. It was an hour drive each way and so 4 hrs in total from drop off to collection. You only make these journeys when you know it’s worth it. Great 👍🏻
