Very easy to select and pay for your chosen course. I selected Mental health and it was a great course. Giving you an opportunity to learn all the units, take a mini quiz after each unit then at the end take another quiz before downloading your certificate. It allows you to go back to your units if you need to too.

The information was well made, but the quality of the questions was poor. The questions in the mini quiz were extremely easy to guess and were of no use to improving retention. Then many questions on the end assessment which you needed to pass were not relevant; asking for a month that a government legislation came out or similar type question when there were much more important areas to check.

Revisited stuff that I was already aware of but learnt more on updated legislation processes and methods. Very useful for myself personally and professionally. Very easy to navigate. Units clearly broken into chunks and clearly explained with mini quiz to assess learning on unit. Final knowledge quiz covering all units easy to complete in terms of navigation.
Will use this platform again for future CPD points!

I did the coronavirus online course, although it was long (needed to be) it was easy to navigate and easy to read. The course was free and i have used it in my place of work so parents know that the setting is up to date with the latest information and training.
I would recommend any of these courses as they are great value for money and some will help if you just need a top up of a course you have already completed.

The Team Leader course was so boring, it is the most boring course I have ever done. I actually stopped reading the course after the first module and just skipped through every thing. I still passed as most were common sense answers. Nothing difficult, interesting or challenging at all. I’m very surprised that CPD have such a boring easy course even though it is level two I think it should be level 0.

I found this course very interesting and easy to follow.
I took abreak for a couple of days and found it very useful to be able to review the units that i had already covered.

I was amazed at the level of education I received, from what I believed to be simply some basic advanced learning that I would receive. Every person who considers themselves a 'professional' within their field should not underestimate taking 'continuing professional development' from my experience now. I have found this invaluable to ensure that I am continually ensuring that I am completely 'up to date' and efficient within my work. As the saying goes 'you are never too old to learn something new' but I also believe that 'you can never be too qualified' either.
