Officially a goat convert having spent the day with Lizzie and Jamie on the farm! Taking higher welfare to a whole new level they raise their kids in a sustainable and thoroughly caring way. The course I attended has equipped me to start keeping goats, albeit on a far smaller scale. Good mix of theory and practical hands on with the stock. Couldn't recommend highly enough and lunch was amazing too, showcasing what Jamie described as a 'simple' roasted loin of exceptional flavour.
