Amazing very friendly supportive staff, always happy to help. Not your 'typical' gym, very inviting and inclusive. Also amazing knowledgeable personal trainers. Now also doing a range of different classes.

Very friendly place that's certainly larger on the inside than it looks, a definite TARDIS experience! Certainly well equipped, shame I was working or I might have managed to lose some of these lockdown lbs while I was there! Staff all super friendly and helpful.

The guys and girls who run this place are awesome, super friendly, passionate and a professional bunch of people who will help you to achieve your fitness goals. Not only is this place a gym but you can train in wrestling by a 20 year vet of the business by Brian 'Assassin' Bell and his team of trainers. They also have a range of various classes and offers

My and a few fellow wrestlers had private ring hire. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly and we will definitely come again :)

This is an excellent gym with first class training facilities. The team are friendly and helpful and offer training from beginner to adult. 5 star.
