Been with YDS for about a year now. They were super helpful, as I needed a business class connection at a residential property. I wanted to spec my own router, static IP and PTR record. All of this was a problem for other Internet firms, but not YDS. Service and communication has been second to none.

We have used York Data Services for our broadband and phones for the last 3 years. The prices are competitive, the service is very reliable and their customer service is excellent. With previous providers it was always very difficult to get any issues resolved because you could never speak to someone easily. York Data Services strength is their customer service. Really slow speeds with constant downtimes. Due to being a small business you won't get a fast response that is needed to get your connection up and running. Avoid and stick to a better isp. Also claiming to be the regions best isp is false advertising and will be reported.
