Been using Bootcamp for a while now. Every session is a different set up so you never get bored. No body cares about your ability, age or gender. Everybody works together to help push each other though the sessions . The fact its run by an ex commando really does make you feel like your at a true military style bootcamp!

As I pulled up to my first ever session I recall that nervous feeling in my tummy. The wind was blowing and the rain hitting my car windscreen. In the distance I saw people running around with tyres above their heads. In that moment I was contemplating turning my car around as I thought there was no way this place is for me! Just then a friendly chap knocked on my window and told me to not be scared and to just embrace it.........
I haven't looked back since! 8 weeks later a dress size smaller, and able to run with a tyre above my head without collapsing into a heap ,these guys dedicate the whole hour into making you achieve better results for you.
They make you feel like your journey is important to them and always take their time out to get to know you.
Not your normal run of the mill exercise class. Rain or shine they are there! Give it a try!

Amazing bootcamp ive just signed up for my 3rd month , instructors are professional push you and also make sure your doing each and every excercise right . All the other bootcampers are also amazing everybody supports each other regardless of what stage of fitness there at , when i first joined i was made to feel welcome from instructors and bootcampers i love it and im hooked 💪
