I am working with the Collext team for half a year now and it is a pleasure to partner with them. Really fast service, very responsive and genuine. Always trying to accommodate and adjust to any request and changes. The pricing is very transparent as well. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
They are also having a good human touch. Thom is making sure of that. They value relationship and will be available for everyone to discuss any questions might be occurring. Initially had a meeting with Thom and he is great. Craig on the operations side is very responsive and professional. I was very happy with their communication and service while they delivered 90% of my products. However, when I asked for an inventory count I heard nothing, and despite sending weekly emails I heard nothing… for weeks. Eventually, it became obvious they lost my product and were clearly afraid to tell me! However, they did eventually pay me for the lost products, which I appreciated. Better communication through their errors would’ve made this a 5*
