Had a three day first aid training course and Lynn and Colin were both fantastic trainers. They worked hard to put you at ease and made what could be a heavy subject eay to access. I feel confident being the first aider at work now because of their course.

So professional and very welcoming and a bonus too I had Lynn, Colin and Steve all to myself as I was on my own. Just completed the 3 day First Aid at work course. I want to thank Lynne for teaching me the skills I need, but also for being so friendly, caring and understanding especially I wanted to repeat the emergency training lots of times before my assessment. Colin is an absolute star who accommodated me on the course promptly but also reassured me that I can be a First Aider at work. He assessed, observed and supported me to do well. Yippee.. I passed and I am now qualified in First Aid at work with amazing skills and knowledge that I have learnt from the best! ? Steve- I didn’t mean to hug you but thanks for being my patient during the assessment. See you in 3 years but hopefully sooner. Thank you so much.

Best first aid course I have ever done! Colin delivered the 3 day first aid at work course which was delivered in a fun but very informative & professional way. It was made really interesting & relevant and we were all put at ease when practicing and for the assessment. Colin was brilliant! The other staff who did the assessment were also fabulous at supporting us through the process. I definitely left the course feeling the most confident I have ever done following a first aid course. Definitely recommend!
