I’ve been having session with code fitness for about a year and a half. Twice a week come rain or shine! I can honestly say no two sessions have been the same. Keith keeps things interesting and challenging. He responds when we mention that we’re in training for something by adapting our sessions to suit our training. I am in my mid 50s and honestly feel fitter now than any other time in my life. I would give it a go - it could change your life!

I've Been doing Keith's sessions, twice a week in our local park in London N1 since the first lockdown. Always fun and a really good all round workout without being too boot campy. Keith encourages and pushes in equal measure in order to get the best out of us all. Long may it last!

I've been training outdoors with Keith and the Code Fitness Group since the 2020 lockdown and haven't looked back. The training is second to none and covers all aspects of fitness training with strength, cardio and boxfit classes. The group sessions are always a lot of fun, but the 121 sessions can be tailored to your own personal preferences. All in all, a superb and fun way to stay fit!

I never want to return to indoor classes since joining Codefit. Keith gets us through so much in all our outdoor sessions; targetted exercises, boxing and aerobics. Whatever the weather he keeps us motivated and having fun. Codefit has been crucial for making me a stronger, better runner too. Keith listens to what we all want from the classes and there is always variety and fun.

I’ve been going to Keith’s group sessions for well over 2 years now on a weekly basis. He’s a good motivator and the outdoor sessions are great fun. We do a mixture of boxing and circuits/weights which I simply wouldn’t do on my own. It sets me up for the day.
