Charlotte was super helpful in getting me back into exercise after a long time dealing with pain and low confidence with movement as a result. Having an online personal trainer was exactly what I needed to gain back that confidence whilst still taking it at my own pace and fitting it around my schedule! I contacted Charlotte to help kick-start getting back into exercise. I wasn't feeling confident about getting back into the gym, however she has listened to what I want to achieve and has tailored a plan to help me get there.
I've been using her for around 10-12 weeks now and I am feeling stronger and more confident. She is able to explain why we are doing different exercises and how it will help rather than a more militant approach which I like.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer then I cannot recommend Char enough.

Reasons I love training with char:
1. A strong focus on training for longterm health.
2. Close attention to form to ensure no injuries.
3. Support with nutrition advice.
4. Clear instruction on what to do between PT sessions.
5. Friendly and kind attitude to training and knows when to push you and when to try something different.
6. Punctual and great communication.
7. She helped me build muscle!!! Something I’ve never been able to do before.

Having regular PT sessions with Char has allowed me to achieve so much more than I ever could have on my own.

I’ve currently been working with Charlotte on an online PT plan for 2 months and I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve seen such a big change physical but also mentally with how I approach exercise and dieting. Charlotte has such great knowledge and really adapts the programme to suit you. I have never felt more confident in the way I look and I am continuing to see such great improvements in my physique and in my strength. 10/10 recommend!

I have been training with Charlotte for close to 3 years. I wanted to gain strength and lose some weight. Char taught me how to work smartly, developing muscles, improving my posture and losing about 18 lbs.
