Discovering our local library feels like a welcome breeze of freshness! It's not just well-kept but also a pleasant space to delve into a diverse selection of books. My primary motivation for visiting the library is my one-year-old son, their child section is a little haven. There's a plethora of options, a cozy play mat, and a vibrant colouring station. They've got a whole line-up of activities throughout the week, including story time and even Saturday Lego building. All in all, a truly delightful library!

Visited Clitheroe Library today, saw Andy a member of staff he was very helpful and friendly and sorted a problem I had in trying to find an old farmhouse from 1861 with maps, he found the property within a few minutes. Brilliant service.

The staff are always friendly and supportive. The building is beautiful and there are comfortable chairs to sit and read. The only downside is there is little privacy if you are using a computer . .it can get noisy with school children but if you ask them to keep it down they usually do. Plus the computers are dated. However its a beautiful place to sit and read especially upstairs.they often have tea or coffee.

Disappointing experience in Clitheroe. It's a hilly town so there's a lot of walking up and down hills. The library has a very limited quantity of historical information.

I stayed at the spinning block which was a real disaster. It's hard to find and the elevator didn't work so you carried your bag upstairs.
