I have just completed my first term in Adult dance Classes at CCDA, I began dance to support my weight loss journey, build body confidence and work on my mental wellbeing. Being bigger in size I was so nervous about starting especially starting the Burlesque class. There were times i would fight with myself about going.
However Alice being such an amazing and supportive teacher, soon made me realise size wasn’t an issue. Anybody no matter shape, size or height can do burlesque! It honestly makes you feel amazing and empowered. You just have to start.
On top of that I get to dance with a lovely group of very supportive new friends.
It’s given me the confidence to now begin adult tap for beginners in January too.

I truly enjoyed our class( Burlesque for adults).I'd like having more lessons during the week.It's a space where you can express yourself, feel sexy and have a good laugh.Lovely teacher and gorgeous women.If you want to get new sensations, confidence and joy, it's the right place.❤️

My daughter has danced with CCDA for a year now and she absolutely loves it and is desperate to be a professional ballerina (she is 5 🤣). The teachers have been kind and supportive and it feels like a family environment. They have improved her confidence so much that she now loves performing on stage. This confidence has also helped her enormously outside of dancing. I can highly recommend the dance club.

CCDA has furthered my two daughter's quality and passion for dance by miles. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of your age, gender, or talent. It offers so much and many opportunities to show off your dance skills. During the last 8 months (since my daughters joined the academy) my children have never loved dance more. Highly recommend!!

CCDA is a fantastic nurturing dance academy which works with children of all dancing abillities. They have been especially welcoming of my son and worked with me to find a class he really enjoys and feels comfortable in despite being the only boy. Katherine spent time with me on the phone talking through our options and my son absolutely loves dancing with CCDA. Really recommend!

My daughter has danced with CCDA since she was two and a half - she’s now fifteen! She absolutely adores dancing, her teachers and her dance friends. The range of genres on offer is fantastic and has really helped her to explore and find what she loves, whilst having strong foundations in the classical genres. Being part of CCDA has taught her so many life skills and brought amazing opportunities. The shows are always incredible and a real celebration of the whole CCDA family. We’ve both made friends for life!
