We arranged a private screening for our daughters birthday, and could not have been happier - it was excellent value for money, booking was easy online and then the events team followed up shortly after, we pre-ordered food and drinks and upon arrival on the day the staff called the manager down to greet us who went through all the details. He gave us a tour, arranged for tables to be put out for the snacks, had the snacks all made and put out before the guests arrived and was on hand if we needed anything throughout the screening. We will definitely look to do that again in the future, it was a great experience! Thank you so much for making our daughters birthday one to remember!

Had a day trip in Rochester and added on seeing Gladiator II as part of it, as there is no cinema easily accessible local to me, I thought I'd add it into the day out.

Lots of parking available even though it was a Sunday afternoon I visited. I had already prebooked my tickets, but getting through and purchasing snacks was quick and easy. As with all snacks in cinemas, the mark up was highway robbery!

The seats in Cineworld are far more comfortable than the cinema nearest me (it's a chain so no names mentioned), and there were plenty of seats to accommodate well over a hundred people at a time. Luckily the screening I was in had around 30 people.

The whole place was really clean, even the toilets were in good order!

In desperate need of modernisation, reclinjng seats and much bigger screens.. But on the plus side, tickets are half the price of Bluewater. So if you are not too fussed about a big screen and reclining chairs, this is the cinema for you. Very reasonable prices and great selection of sweets and drinks.

Love it here. STAFF ARE FRIENDLY and the facilities are clean and good. Not as fancy or comfortable as Bluewater but also half the price- who really needs footrests and leather seats to laugh, cry and scream at a decent movie! Affordable for families especially if you don't buy snacks every time you go!

The cinema is very accessible with very comfortable seats and a large screen. Ticket prices were very reasonable, (£9 for an adult). Highly recommended.

We booked online and showed the qr code to the usher (it didn't accept the one in Google wallet so I had to wait for a wifi signal to show the original email). Apart from that it went smoothly,. There's a good choice of snacks and drinks available in the foyer. My granddaughters really enjoyed the Wild Robot movie. Free parking and several restaurants nearby.

Great time here this morning for kids club. Nice and quiet, almost deserted at 10am this Sunday morning. We saw Pets 2 for £7.50 for 2 adults and a 2 year old. The 2 year old loved the show, the sweets and the ice cream. Staff where friendly and in good spirits. I liked the shots taken of Rochester bridge, directly over the cinemas car park, great views.

I had unlimited 2009 - 2015, my Medway days. Watched near everything @ £11.99 pm if memory serves, so no skin on the odd walkout. Recent photo from another satisfied customer shows nothing has changed, bar price with inflation, so neither has my score!
