At first, I was quite unhappy due to an issue at the store. However, after a lengthy conversation with the manager, Keri, my experience completely turned around. Keri reasoned with me and provided excellent customer service, and although it took some time to resolve the problem, I appreciate the reasonable outcome. I would gladly return to and recommend this store.

I recently visited the Cex store in Bognor Regis, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of fantastic! As an avid anime fan, I was on the hunt for some specific anime DVDs, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to assist. The staff's knowledge of their inventory was impressive; they knew exactly where to find the titles I wanted. They even took the time to suggest a few other series that I might enjoy based on my preferences.

The store itself is well-organized, making it easy to browse through the vast selection of DVDs, games, and electronics. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of the items was excellent. I left the store with a few new additions to my anime collection and a big smile on my face.

Had great service from this shop when I needed to buy an emergency replacement easy to use doro phone for my elderly mum who is currently in hospital. In particular the guy that served us was fantastic. He helped us to set up the new phone and was Really helpful, knowledgable and a nice person!

Since spending a lot of time and effort in a number of my local libraries. Re-educating myself by studying a lot of non fiction books ? and information. I have become an avid reader. Especially the directories, compendiums etc.
So the collection of CDS & ? DVDS that CeX have acquired is always of great interest to me. Thanks to very helpful friendly staff I normally manage to find a few bargains upon their shelves.

went in to sell a phone, the lady in there made a mistake on my phone and then when confronted about it she was point blank rude and refused to admit she’d made a mistake even though i had pointed out security cameras which would have witnessed this happening. No honesty and complete rudeness from all staff, i will not be returning under any circumstances, definitely avoid
